ABOUT BIGPIXEL
Gigapixel
World Explorer
Since 2014, we redefine how humanity sees cities.
Discover the world again—in billions of pixels.
Origins
A global ultra-large-pixel imagery platform
GigaExplorer was created by BigPixel (Shanghai Jingkun Computer Technology Co., Ltd.) to redefine how cities are seen through super-panorama imaging.
Since 2014, BigPixel has explored the fusion of photography, computer vision, interactive experience, and digital storytelling.
Beyond Photography
Ordinary photos capture a moment. Gigapixel super panoramas capture a complete world.
Start from the skyline and zoom endlessly into streets, crowds, and everyday details—explore an entire city inside one image.
GigaExplorer and BigPixel
GigaExplorer is operated by BigPixel (Shanghai Jingkun Computer Technology Co., Ltd.), the same team behind bigpixel.cn.
Works published here are original BigPixel gigapixel panoramas—not scrapes or reposts from third-party sites. bigpixel.cn is our established Chinese-language presence; GigaExplorer is the global exploration platform for the same body of work.
Vision
We believe the future of imagery is not only viewing—it is exploration.
Gigapixel technology breaks the limits of traditional photography, giving cities infinite detail so everyone can discover the world in their own way.
Technology is the foundation. Humanity is the final expression.
