Panoramas, text, branding, and other materials on GigaExplorer are owned by BigPixel or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Except for normal interactive viewing on the site, you may not copy, republish, or commercially exploit our works without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Editorial and AI-assisted descriptions are for exploration and reference; verify critical facts independently when needed. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigPixel and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of GigaExplorer.
